​​Changing Places We have a Changing Places toilet in Upper East Mall in Bullring and by Kitty Cafe in Grand Central. This is for older families and people with disabilities. It contains a large wall-mounted bench in both location and hoist (in the Bullring facility only). Radar key is required to access - available from a security officer on request.
