Shopmobility

Shopmobility service is available on a pre-booked basis only. To book for your next visit please use the online booking service using the link below.

For customers unable to book online, please call the Customer Service Desk on 0121 632 1526 between 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. Equipment will be made available for the time booked (subject to availability).

To make booking requests outside opening times please call 0121 632 1530.

The Shopmobility service at Bullring & Grand Central is located in Centre Car Park lobby Level -1.

Customers must provide ID containing their name and address, as well as photographic ID in order to set up their membership.

Parking Bullring & Grand Central also provides disabled parking spaced with easy access to the centre - see here for more information. Plus you'll find accessible toilets and lift access to all shopping levels.

​​Changing Places We have a Changing Places toilet in Upper East Mall in Bullring and by Kitty Cafe in Grand Central. This is for older families and people with disabilities. It contains a large wall-mounted bench in both location and hoist (in the Bullring facility only). Radar key is required to access - available from a security officer on request.
