Job Description

Working within a luxury women's wear brand

Meeting and greeting all customers, acknowledging and understanding their needs.

Giving high levels of service to each customer.

Maximising sales and achieving set targets individually and for the team

Aiming towards increasing your ATV and UPT's

Day to day cashing up, paperwork and maintaining standards on the department as well as in the stock room.

Being organised with tasking and your time management.

Stock handling, store to store transfers and deliveries.

Liaising with other stores to fulfil customer requests as well as having excellent product and brand knowledge.

Requirements

Previous fashion retail experience or studying fashion and knowledge of current trends

Flexibility; must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and extra hours in reflection to the business needs (no set days).

Bubbly, polite and approachable personality, attention to detail and keen eye for fashion

Ability to use own initiative and problem solve within the correct policies of the brand and store

Quick learner, able to follow instruction correctly and efficiently.

Must be punctual and presentable at all times.

Honest and trustworthy
