Job Description:

Mitie has a great opportunity at the Bullring & Grand Central Shopping Centre in Birmingham. We are looking for a customer service assistant to join the team. Hourly rate is £9.70, working 39 hours a week.

The Customer Service team within the Bullring is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Centre and is paramount for maintaining excellent standards of customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate must have customer service experience and 5* standards.

  • Strong interpersonal Skills

  • Smart appearance.

  • Able to work shifts including weekends.

  • Previous Customer Service Experience.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.

  • Customer focus.

  • Ability to work within a team and on your own.

  • Good communication skills when dealing with the public.

  • Knowledge of Cash Handling & Till Procedures.

  • Knowledge of the Centre and local area.

  • Good IT knowledge

  • SIA front line badge holder desirable.
